To provide a comprehensive range of insurance admin support to the Insurance Service and contributing to the effective operation of the any Insurance function. The role will involve working closely with other team members. Duties will include a varied range of tasks such as managing the Team's inbox and responding to some insurance queries. The post holder will be expected to deal with some insurance claims as well as undertaking general administration. Support and on the job training will be provided

Administering insurance claims
Assisting with collating information for renewal of the (...) insurance
Supporting with the approval of driver permits
Skills and experience:
High level of IT literacy
Experience of a range of office administration procedures
First class communication, interpersonal skills
Excellent problem solving capabilities
Experience in providing top quality service and customer care
A technical aptitude
Experience in insurance industry dealing with a wide range of insurance issues (non essential)
